Performance Orthopedics is credentialed with both Medicare and most commercial insurance providers. New Insurance plans are being added daily. Please call the office to schedule your appointment, and we will be happy to review your plan benefits for you.

Here at Performance Orthopedics, we have a history of working with most insurance plans, please contact us to begin your insurance verification process. Through our partnership with AthenaHealth, we will obtain your insurance policy information and contact your provider to verify your benefits. In most cases this can be done quickly and electronically.

Once your benefits have been confirmed, a Performance Orthopedics representative will review the details of your coverage levels quoted by your insurance plan, along with other aspects of your plan, including:
• In-network and out-of-network benefits (including inpatient and outpatient benefits your plan covers)
• Any deductible for which you may be responsible
• Percentage of coverage the plan pays after deductible has been met
• Any co-pay amount for which you may be responsible
