Performance orthopedics will feature state of the art diagnostic tools such as digital x-ray, in-office diagnostic ultrasound, computerized foot analysis for the customization of orthotics, and a gait/running analysis center. We will perform thorough evaluations of the patient and athlete in an effort to identify potential problem areas and then will make recommendations on specific exercise and strength training programs that can be used to prevent further injuries and maximize performance.
